SHIPPING POLICY
1. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss/stolen of package in the US & international. The same goes for package that is marked as "Delivered". Please contact your local USPS/Carrier in the US or your country's local post office directly. Sometimes they hold your packages there. Once marked "Delivered" we cannot do anything on our end. Thank you
2. If your package gets retuned back to sender due to wrong address or missing info, you will need to pay for reshipping fee so we can resend your package with the correct address. Thank you
3. If your package is lost transit as stated in tracking information, we will be responsible to send a new package to you within 1 month of the latest updated tracking information. If you contact us later than 1 month, we can't resend the package to you. Thank you
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. BESOMA reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
